∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, Retail Operation, Retail Sales, Retail Sales and Marketing, Retail sales operations, Sales and Marketing in Retail or relevant sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement tactical retail sales plans within company business plan parameters.
∎ Strategize business plans for assigned arears to deliver maximum potential volume and profitability.
∎ Support diversity and reflect company brand by encouraging environment.
∎ Determine long and short-term sales goals. Develop and create tailored business development strategies.
∎ Develop financial and sales projections and implement and manage sales action plans.
∎ Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop retail sales plans, implement promotional campaigns, and identify new markets.
∎ Evaluate market needs; conduct competitive analyses to identify business opportunities.
∎ Design and implement sales strategies based on product knowledge and competitor analysis.
∎ Maintain and update sales areas by reviewing internal sales reports and forecasts, consulting with sales officers and sales managers, and leveraging external market intelligence.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects.
∎ Analyzing sales team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly.
∎ Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust, and encouraging the rest of the sales team to follow this example.
∎ Develop and implement training courses on new products' introduction for maximizing sales force effectiveness.
∎ Ensure operational risk controls and compliance as per regulatory standards and optimize regulators relations to address issues.
∎ Implement internal and external audit points with external regulators issues by maintaining Organization internal control standards.
∎ Maintain knowledge of industry sales trends and competition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
