Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee management and housekeeping, talent training of all retail storefronts
∎ Oversee sales and distribution of all brands on third party platforms
∎ Ensure alignment of branding and marketing collateral across all internal and external platforms with digital promotions
∎ Liaise with digital marketing and e-commerce department
∎ Oversee optimal performance of products through visual merchandising, product rotation and display
∎ Oversee inventory management and planning in all retail storefronts and third party platforms
∎ Oversee ATL/BTL marketing department operations
∎ Market research
∎ New product development
∎ Retail operations, housekeeping and visual merchandising in alignment with digital marketing efforts through on-site visits
∎ Provides necessary coaching to sales teams for sales growth and revenue enhancement
∎ Implements projects and trials for the Area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
∎ Visits Showrooms and Monitors team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
∎ Identifies areas of expansion, relocation, of showrooms and disposal opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on customer service and retail operation.
