Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and expand market presence.
Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all regions.
Lead, manage, and mentor regional sales teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve results.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Ensure effective implementation of sales processes, policies, and operational standards.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve products, services, and sales approaches.
