Mobile Accessories, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major KPI: 1. Sellout (Target vs Achievement), 2. Stock Management, 3. Ensure merchandising guideline
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
∎ 2. Daily Corporate visit for Corporate Lead and Increase corporate sales.
∎ 3. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
∎ 4. Submits requisition by referring to price lists and product literature.
∎ 5. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
∎ 6. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and merchandising techniques.
∎ 7. Resolves customer complaints by coordinating with designated team members

∎ Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
∎ 1. Monthly Sales Incentive based on Target Achievement
2. Festival Bonus 75% on gross salary amount (pro- rata basis)
