Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximize the revenue of Retail Banking Division by increasing Student File business.
∎ Implement strategies for achieving student file growth & NTB target through
∎ monitoring, follow-ups and coordination with all relevant channels.
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plan to monitor and facilitate
∎ Student file budget achievement.
∎ Manage Student center for overall performance optimization.
∎ Ensuring service excellence through top class customer service.
∎ Ensuring opening of Student Files as per assigned KPIs provided by the division.
∎ Onboarding new student counseling agencies for student files growth.
∎ CASA growth through SFS.
∎ Ensure sell of Foreign Currencies.
∎ Monitor the performance of Student Centers to ensure penetration and sales growth.
∎ Ensure sales targets are met through effective management.
∎ Ensure affiliation with agencies through MoU and periodic roadshows.
∎ Ensure timely settlement of agency commission.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidates must have experience of at least 2 - 3 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing.
