Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for new customer acquisition and generate positive sales lead.
∎ Ensure delivery of budgeted sales of assets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Promote the bank's product to new and existing customers by making proactive sales effort.
∎ Maintain operational accuracy and minimize risk factors of business.
∎ Continuous monitoring and enhancement of portfolio of financial product of the bank.
∎ Visit to current and prospective client premises and developers regularly to enhance client number.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with developers to provide preferred lender services for affordable units and buyers.
∎ Submitting daily sales call report to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer service in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure the submitted customer application and documentation are complete and error free.
∎ Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products and develop new products for upcoming needs.
∎ Coordinate with various departments within the bank to ensure completion of tasks. Minimize loans discrepancies/errors in loan proposals. Work closely with RFC and different channels.
∎ Managing low NPL of the retail lending business by monitoring and maintaining relationship with customers.
∎ Schedule sales activity.
∎ Good Communication & presentation skills.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
