Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients for Home Loans and Auto Loans while achieving sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
∎ Ensure the growth of the Retail Asset Business within the Branch Banking Division, meeting assigned KPIs.
∎ Coordinate with Branch and Unit Heads, as well as the Retail Asset team, to drive the business growth of branches.
∎ Conduct initial screenings and credit assessments of potential customers.
∎ Maintain effective communication with supervisors and support departments to facilitate file processing and approvals.
∎ Manage your portfolio responsibly and minimize Portfolio at Risk (PAR) in accordance with bank guidelines.
