Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Equivalent in any discipline (preferably in Marketing/ Management/ Accounting) from any recognized and reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAIN PURPOSE:
∎ Drive Sales with clear defined KPIs
∎ Drive a robust Go-To Market process & ensure Retail Stores has the proper support (VM, Product, and Marketing) to deliver the numbers.
∎ Maintain Profitability at Stores through proper planning of stocks & Expenses.
∎ Establish proper coordination between Stores and Concerned Depts. at HO.
∎ Drive Manpower Productivity, Sales
∎ Keep track of Inventory- Fast Moving / Slow moving items.
∎ Ensuring Store Operation runs smoothly and adherence to Store SOPs.
∎ CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∎ Drive Sales & Profit and ensure Operations activities of the store.
∎ Overall profitability and calculation.
∎ Tracking and controlling the store expenses.
∎ Competitive Analysis.
∎ Drive projected Business in terms of turnover, Quantity, Average MRP and Growth.
∎ Analyze the Market trend to compete in the Market.
∎ Formulate ways to Minimize Shrinkage.
∎ Inventory Management.
∎ Review each store performance regularly on the agreed Competency frameworks.
∎ Manage with the Buying & Merchandising Team that the there is a coherent range for their business in place and that the stock levels are according target
∎ Align with marketing & VM to get necessary Support.
∎ KEY OUTPUTS/RESULTS:
∎ Achievement of Projected Sales.
∎ Smooth Store Operations and Adherence to SoPs.
∎ Proper Inventory
∎ Minimum Shrinkage
∎ A successful and motivated team committed to the delivery of the retail strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Good communication, drafting and reporting skills.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.

Salary: Negotiable
