To lead and drive strategic lead generation and client acquisition initiatives.
To provide professional advisory and leadership support to clients and internal teams.
To oversee and manage end-to-end sales operations, including property presentations, negotiations, deal closures, and effective coordination.
To ensure seamless transaction execution and documentation management from contract initiation to closing.
To strengthen long-term client relationships and retention.
To monitor, analyze, and optimize sales performance and team effectiveness.
