We are looking for a dedicated person to fill up the above position in our Dhaka Office:
Job Responsibilities :
Sales & Client Visits
- Procure courier business from potential customer such as exporters, buying houses, liasson offices, online sellers, etc.
- Can work on target, revenue & can assist in generating walk-in and referral business
- Support senior sales staff in meeting monthly targets
Customer Handling
- Provide basic rate information and service details to customers
- Follow up with customers for repeat shipments
- Receive customer complaints and pass them to the concerned team
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with operations for shipment pick-up and documentation
- Help customers understand basic shipping requirements and prohibited items
- Ensure customer information and shipment details are properly recorded
Reporting
- Maintain daily visit and call reports
- Update customer lists and basic sales records
- Report market feedback and competitor activity to seniors
