∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ HSC passed or above
∎ At least 2-5 years of experience in food service management.
∎ Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Should have knowledge on market.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Mail Correspondence.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurants, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurants and its facilities.
∎ Train and supervise staff.
∎ Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
∎ Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers.
∎ Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Manage the restaurant’s budget and ensure profitability .
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
