• Assist the Restaurant Management in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.

• Monitor staff performance, provide training, and support team development.

• Ensure proper staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline in line with company policies.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards as per regulatory requirements.

• Oversee inventory management, stock control, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients and materials.

• Support in budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability of the restaurant.

• Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

• Implement promotional activities and support marketing initiatives to increase sales.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
