Experience:
Should have experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar hospitality setup.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L management and inventory control.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
· Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
· Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver high-quality service and achieve performance goals.
· Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Assurance (QA), hygiene, and safety standards.
· Manage and monitor P&L performance; control costs, minimize wastage, and optimize resources.
· Prepare and maintain accurate daily operational and sales reports.
· Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.
· Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
· Manage daily cash handling, billing accuracy, and cash deposit processes.
· Ensure efficient use of POS systems and restaurant management software for smooth transactions and reporting.
· Coordinate with internal departments for inventory management, procurement, and marketing initiatives.
