Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily restaurant operations (front and back of house).
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor inventory and order food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
∎ Schedule staff shifts and ensure appropriate coverage.
∎ Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
∎ Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
∎ Train staff to handle guests professionally and courteously.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
∎ Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability.Implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.
∎ Analyze financial reports and adjust operations accordingly.
∎ Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
∎ Foster a positive working environment to reduce staff turnover.
∎ Ensure food and beverage quality meets restaurant standards.
∎ Monitor kitchen and service standards to ensure consistency.Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
∎ Develop and implement promotional strategies.Manage online presence, including reviews and social media.
∎ Plan and oversee special events or seasonal offers.
