∎ There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB Learning & Development Center, Parbatipur, Dinajpur.
∎ Job Summary: Responsible for the achievement of the objectives defined by the LAMB Learning and Development Center through provision of an efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery and maintain functional relationship with GOB officials, Partner organization and Community leaders in LAMB-CHDP Program areas. Contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the LLDC. S/he will support the progress and facilitate attaining the program objectives,
∎ Support to instructors and trainers for overall achievement. Support individual team at LAMB Parbatipur, Dinajpur Centre with specialized knowledge and skills and shoulder responsibilities for quality teaching for selected modules that are necessary for student`s graduation and getting license from the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC). Prepare donor report for projects. Provide motivation and inspiration to students to contribute in reducing maternal and infant morbidity and mortality by engaging in Midwifery Profession
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To take class in the assign subject and confident about teaching it; (eg. Health care system; Maternal and new-born health, Chemistry and Physics, Biology; Microbiology; Infection Prevention, Basic Anatomy and Physiology, Pathophysiology and Maternal Health, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Pharmacology, Research and Evidence based practice )
∎ • Selected resource faculty will solely be responsible quality NI, Midwifery, short training/education for selected subject/contents and prepare students for quality results;
∎ • Prepare Lesson plan as per academic calendar agreed by LLDC
∎ • Prepare Session guide in 'power point' as per the subject/module and teaching
∎ • Conduct practical sessions and demonstrate different learning exercises along with hands-on practices;
∎ • Prepare session and report and submit to concerned authority
∎ • Prepare exam questions and undertake student's exams, student's assessment for results and feedback;
∎ • Develop or customize the module for the student as and when necessary, bring latest NI, Midwifery, short training up-date to centre management;
∎ • Jointly daily work with Course Coordinators and Instructors, Jr. Instructors, trainers team members and be a part of academic coordination
∎ • To evaluate the students and special care for week students.
∎ • Assist Principal and Course Coordinator for preparing different reports and other documents
∎ • Full time, based at project area (Parbatipur, Dinajpur)
∎ • Any assignment/task deem necessary for any education
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ More than 1 year of working experience in the teaching and clinical area with nursing and midwifery area.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office program.
∎ Proficiency in preparing PPT, Internet browsing, and download form linked URLs.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
