• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Cement Industry is required, preferably with direct exposure to Civil Engineering, Project Management, and Implementation.

• The candidate should possess strong knowledge in Civil Construction, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Cement and Concrete applications. 

• Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationships with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Developers, and relevant departments.

• Actively pursue and gather project-related information from various departments, contractors, and field sources.

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers as required.

• Organize and conduct technical sessions or programs for engineers, homeowners, and masons to enhance product understanding and application.

• Coordinate and maintain liaison with the plant laboratory for necessary technical matters.

• Extend necessary support to internal departments, particularly the Market Support Department (MSD).

• Contribute to the development of strategies for identifying and targeting potential market segments.

• Actively participate in market research initiatives and gather valuable market insights.

• Conduct market analysis and ensure accurate reporting and documentation of findings.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and the development of technical and promotional programs.

• Support branding and marketing communication activities in alignment with market demands and organizational objectives.
