A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Cement Industry is required, preferably with direct exposure to Civil Engineering, Project Management, and Implementation.
The candidate should possess strong knowledge in Civil Construction, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Cement and Concrete applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationships with Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Developers, and relevant departments.
Actively pursue and gather project-related information from various departments, contractors, and field sources.
Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers as required.
Organize and conduct technical sessions or programs for engineers, homeowners, and masons to enhance product understanding and application.
Coordinate and maintain liaison with the plant laboratory for necessary technical matters.
Extend necessary support to internal departments, particularly the Market Support Department (MSD).
Contribute to the development of strategies for identifying and targeting potential market segments.
Actively participate in market research initiatives and gather valuable market insights.
Conduct market analysis and ensure accurate reporting and documentation of findings.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and the development of technical and promotional programs.
Support branding and marketing communication activities in alignment with market demands and organizational objectives.
