Job Context:
∎ Does provision of information on efficient waste management affect households` disposal behavior.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until November 30, 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of the project activities with maximum efficiency and professionalism by planning, budget preparing and work plan.
∎ Monitor and supervise Field Enumerator’s activities and prepare progress.
∎ Participate in weekly virtual meetings with PI and Co-PI.
∎ Able to facilitate and Field enumerator’s training and need-based orientation program.
∎ Organize meeting, workshop and communication with local administration.
∎ Develop digital/ electronically data collection tools and techniques.
∎ Track and report on project progress to the PI & donor (if required)
∎ Other related tasks as neededfor the implementation of the project in the field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in urban plan & research, environmental health and environmental sanitation.
∎ Academic and/or work experience related to environmental sanitation, environmental health, waste management and community mobilization.
∎ Sound knowledge on research methodology specially in Randomized Control Trial (RCT) and use of STATA.
∎ Experience on Households level and field level waste sample management, separation, community motivation/orientation activities.
∎ Proved experience in conducting household level survey, PRA, FGD and case studies.
∎ Qualitative and qualitative data analysis and compilation skills.
∎ Experience in IEC/BCC materials development
∎ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to lead a large team at the field level activity.
∎ Ability to work closely with research team members as well as independently.
∎ Ability to prepare quality reports.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
