Good communication skills in both Bangla & English

Project : Promotion and Protection of Women’s Human Rights in Bangladesh.
Job Context
Bangladesh Mahila Parishad (BMP) is a women’s human rights organization. BMP emerged as a woman’s group the preparatory phase of liberation war of Bangladesh in 1970. It is a voluntary organization working for more than four decades and pioneering the women’s movement with slogan ‘Women’s Rights are Human Rights’. The organization is committed to uphold the values of equality.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
গবেষণা
বাংলাদেশ মহিলা পরিষদের ইতিহাস শীর্ষক গবেষনার জন্য বিভিন্ন তথ্য সংগ্রহ।
গবেষনার জন্য সাক্ষাৎকার গ্রহণ।
বাছাইকরনের মাধ্যমে তথ্য নিদির্ষ্টকরণ।
নেটওয়ার্কিং, যোগাযোগ এবং সমন্বয়
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন সংস্থার সাথে যোগাযোগ এবং সমন্বয় করা।
বিভিন্ন সংস্থাকে চিঠিপত্র প্রদান।
অন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যৌথ কর্মসূচী বাস্তবায়নে সহায়তা প্রদান।
বিভিন্ন দিবস উদযাপনের সময় সরকারী, বেসরকারী সংস্থার সাথে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন।
পাঠাগার
নিয়মিতভাবে পাঠচক্রের আয়োজন করা।
রিপোর্টিং
সমাচারের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ, গবেষণা ও পাঠাগার উপ-পরিষদের প্রতিবেদন তৈরী।
বিভিন্ন রিপোর্ট তৈরী যেমন: নারীর মানবাধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠায় জাতিসংঘের উদ্যোগ (সিডও বিপি এফএ, আইসিপিডি, সিআরপি) এবং বাংলাদেশের নারী অধিকার পরিস্থিতি এর প্রতিবেদন তৈরী।
অন্যান্য
বিভিন্ন দিবস উপলক্ষ্যে কার্ড বিতরণ এবং অন্যান্য কাজ সম্পাদন প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী।
