• Must knowledge in Accounting Tally Software
• Conceptual clarity in gender equality & movement.
• Candidates will be enthusiastic to work for any branch of BMP.
• Efficiency in written and verbal communication both in English & Bengali.
• Proficiency in MS Office Program.
• Excellent in Presentation skill.

Job Context:

Bangladesh Mahila Parishad (BMP) is a women’s human rights organization. BMP emerged as a woman’s group during the preparatory phase of liberation war of Bangladesh in 1970. It is a voluntary organization working for more than four decades and pioneering the women’s movement with slogan ‘Women’s Rights are Human Rights’. The organization is committed to uphold the values of equality.

The candidate should be gender sensitive highly adaptable, inspires innovation and be able to cope the change for optimum development of organization.

Job Location: Central Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger book
• Ensure all voucher entries and posting in accounting system
• Prepare debit voucher, credit voucher and journal voucher
• File and documents official receipts of all vendor invoices
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Prepare all computerized statements and reports required by the Director Finance and Admin
• To Any other task assigned by the authority time to time.
