Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Public Health/Medical science/Dental Science/ Social Science/Public Relations/ Development Studies/ International Relations/ Media and Communications. Three-years relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication and liaise:
∎ Maintain regular communication and liaison with stakeholders such as DGHS, DGFP, BMRC, BSMMU, DGDA, Technical Review Committee (TRC) at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,professional associations (BPA, BFF, OGSB etc.), other NGO,INGO etc.
∎ Prepare invitation letter, disseminate invitation and organize meeting with stakeholders, professional bodies etc.
∎ Coordinate and work as secretariat of PRF IRB including organize IRB meeting, prepare documents, translate consent form in Bangla, prepare IRB notice, draft IRB memo etc.
∎ Coordinate and follow up with partners and other stakeholders for specific assignments
∎ Content provider
∎ Update and mentain organization's website and social media sites.
∎ Drafting content including annual reports, policy brief, study brief and other documents.
∎ Prepare research stories for a variety of communication materials including brochures, news releases, and articles.
∎ Ensures accuracy, effective messaging and brand compliance.
∎ Report writing:
∎ Prepare meeting notes and ensure meeting documentations
∎ Prepare reports, policy brief etc.
∎ Participate in literature review
∎ Coordinate information collection at filed for new study design
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer skill in MS office
∎ Strong written and oral communication in English and Bangla
∎ Should be able to work with a diverse team
∎ Should be willing to accept challenges and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
∎ Should have a drive to learn and solve problems
Salary:
∎ Tk.571, 896/-(Five lac Seventy one thousand eight hundred and ninety six taka only) per annum including house rent, conveyance allowance and other admissible benefits.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF will be given as per organizational policy.
