Education:
Candidates must have both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in any of the following disciplines:

Occupational Therapy
Speech & Language Therapy
Optometry
Laboratory Medicine
Radiology & Imaging
** Candidates with an MPH (Master of Public Health) degree will be given preference.

- Good command of English and Bangla
Prior research experience in medical, allied health, or public health settings will be an advantage.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Research Associate will be responsible for supporting and executing research projects with clarity and ownership:
- Research Planning & Coordination
- Support research project planning, design, and methodology under senior supervision.
- Prepare research proposals and protocols.
- Assist in developing work plans, timelines, and ethical applications.
- Data Management & Analysis
- Coordinate data collection and field activities.
- Perform data entry, cleaning, and preliminary analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
- Research Documentation & Reporting
- Draft progress reports, research manuscripts, scientific summaries, and presentations.
- Support dissemination of research findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with clinical teams, faculty members, allied health departments, and external partners.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and research forums.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical standards.
- Follow quality control procedures for research accuracy and validity.
- Other Tasks
- Perform other research-related duties as assigned by the authority.
