Educational Requirements

• As per rules and regulations of University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC).

Experience Requirements

For Professor:

• For the post of Professor: At least 5 years active teaching experience as an Associate Professor and must have a Ph.D. with total 14 (fourteen) years active teaching experience.

For Associate Professor:

• For the post of Associate Professor: At least 4 (four) years teaching experience as Asst. Professor and must have a Ph.D. with total 8 (eight) years active teaching experience.

Publication Requirements

• For Professor: At least 15 (fifteen) publications, where 7 (Seven) as an Associate Professor, among which 3 (three) publications as 1st or Corresponding Author in Scopus Indexed Journal.

• For Associate Professor: At least 8 (eight) publications among which 3 (three) as an Asst. Prof. in which at least 2 (two) as 1st or Corresponding Author in any Scopus Indexed Journal.

• Age At least 32 years

• Strong interpersonal skills, and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

• Fluency in Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum design and implementation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement.

• A flexible approach to work, a positive response to changing requirements, and the initiative to resolve problems creatively.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas.
