Responsibilities & Context:
To consult with the students and guardians face to face, over the phone/online regarding admission procedures for selected universities and countries.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails and application process.
Keeping up to date with immigration laws for the UK. always up to date about university requirements.
Organize events including meetings, seminars, workshops, and focus groups, and produce subsequent reports & presentations.
