Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries through phone calls, email, and social media. Provide basic information about study abroad opportunities and company services. Assist counsellors with student follow-ups and appointment scheduling. Maintain student databases and records. Support documentation and application processing activities. Coordinate with students regarding required documents. Help organize seminars, workshops, and educational events. Prepare reports and administrative documents. Provide front-desk and customer support services. Use strong English communication skills to assist international education applicants.
