Responsibilities & Context:
Education World is looking for a results-driven Team Lead to own enrolment targets, lead our counseling team, and make our business more active and visible in the education market. If you are an experienced counselor ready to step into leadership, this role gives you the team, the targets, and the room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets, as set by management from time to time
• Lead, coach, and monitor student counselors through daily follow-ups and performance reviews
• Build and manage the lead pipeline across walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and partnerships
• Plan and run seminars, education fairs, webinars, school/university outreach, and brand-visibility campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM data, conversion tracking, and regular MIS reports for management
• Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and international university representatives
• Ensure accurate counseling on admissions, course selection, and visa pathways, and uphold service standards for students and parents
• Handle escalated cases and high-value student and parent consultations
• Recruit, onboard, and train new counseling staff
