• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in commercial operations within the textile/apparel industry, of which at least 5 years must be in an EPZ setting.
• In-depth knowledge of EPZ policies, customs procedures, and bonded warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in managing export-import documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of banking procedures related to L/Cs, back-to-back L/Cs, and foreign exchange.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team with efficiency and integrity.
• Oversee the entire commercial department, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Manage export and import documentation, L/Cs, banking transactions, and shipping coordination.
• Ensure full compliance with EPZ regulations, customs, and bonded warehouse management.
• Maintain effective liaison with buyers, shipping agents, banks, EPZ officials, customs, and other regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team to meet departmental goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline production, delivery, and order execution.
• Monitor and control commercial budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to regulatory authorities and management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in handling commercial, export-import, and compliance functions within an IEPZ-regulated environment.

About the Role:
