Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and provide professional sales assistance.
* Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable footwear.
* Achieve individual and store sales targets.
* Promote products, new collections, and special offers.
* Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
* Handle billing, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.
* Support inventory management and stock monitoring.
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience in a footwear or shoe retail store is mandatory.
* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant retail sales experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of footwear products, sizes, materials, and customer preferences.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
* Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
* Minimum HSC qualification; graduates will receive preference.
* Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
