Title: Frontend Software Developer (Angular)
Company Name: Ignite Inc
Vacancy: 2
Age: At least 18 years
Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
Experience:
Hands on working experience with Angular is required
Why This Role Exists
We build real production systems fintech tools, streaming services, and operations software used by real customers across several countries.
Our backend is solid (.NET Core, Kafka, SQL Server), but our frontends need someone dedicated who actually cares about web development. We have a mix of new features to build and older screens (including some legacy AngularJS / older Angular) that need to be cleaned up and modernized.
We don’t need buzzwords or corporate slide decks. We need a capable Angular developer who writes clean TypeScript, builds responsive pages that don’t lag, and works well with our backend team.
You will report directly to the CTO. No middle managers, no endless sprint ceremonies, and no bureaucracy.
What You’ll Actually Do
Build and Maintain Angular Apps
Build clean, reliable web apps using Angular and TypeScript.
Structure your code properly: reusable components, well-organized services, and readable logic.
Help us update and refactor older frontend code (migrating older AngularJS / early Angular screens to modern Angular) step by step without breaking live users.
Connect APIs and Real-Time Data
Hook up frontend screens to our backend REST APIs.
Handle real-time data using WebSockets or SignalR (for live dashboards and notifications).
Handle edge cases properly: loading spinners, error messages, connection drops, and token refreshes so users never get stuck on a broken page.
UI, Styling, and Performance
Build clean, responsive layouts that work well on desktop, tablets, and phones.
Write sensible CSS / SCSS without bloating the site.
Keep pages fast: optimize bundle sizes, use lazy loading, and make sure pages feel smooth and responsive.
Collaborate with the Team
Work directly with our C# backend developers to decide what APIs should look like before code gets written.
Review team code, test your own work before merging, and help keep bugs out of production.
Talk with the CTO and team in clear English on daily progress.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
3+ years of practical experience building web applications with Angular and TypeScript.
Good understanding of core Angular concepts: components, services, routing, lifecycle hooks, and dependency injection.
Comfortable with RxJS — you know how to use common operators and how to avoid memory leaks.
Solid CSS / SCSS skills — you can build clean, responsive layouts without fighting your stylesheet.
Real experience working with REST APIs, authentication tokens (JWT), and login flows.
You test your own code and check edge cases before calling a task “done”.
Clear English (written and spoken) — we are an international team.
Good attitude: you take pride in your work, speak up when something doesn’t make sense, and get things across the finish line.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience migrating legacy AngularJS (1.x) to modern Angular.
Experience with SignalR or WebSockets.
Experience with test tools like Jest, Jasmine, Playwright, or Cypress.
Basic familiarity with Docker or working alongside .NET backends.
What This Job Is NOT
Not just slicing Figma files. You’ll be handling real state, APIs, logic, and data flow.
Not a school project. We won’t micromanage you, but you need to know how to solve problems and debug your own code.
Not a bureaucracy. There are no 5-tier approval chains to ship a bug fix.
