Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential and existing customers.

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful orders and sales.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Promote products, offers, and campaigns through phone calls and other communication channels.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase order value.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate customer and order information in the assigned CRM/system.

• Collect customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team.

• Coordinate with Customer Support, Order Processing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.

• Contribute new ideas to improve sales conversion and customer experience.
