Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and qualified Teacher (English Medium) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in spoken and written English, possess a passion for teaching young learners, and demonstrate respect for Islamic principles within an Islamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Delivery & Lesson Planning
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans adhering to the institution’s English Medium curriculum.
Teach core subjects (English Language/Literature, Mathematics, Science, or General Studies depending on assigned grade levels).
Utilize interactive teaching methods, visual aids, and creative activities to facilitate effective learning.
2. Classroom Management & Student Care
Maintain a well-managed, safe, encouraging, and respectful classroom environment.
Foster positive moral development and Islamic etiquette (Adab and Akhlaq) among students.
Address individual learning needs, providing extra guidance to students who require academic support.
3. Assessment & Progress Tracking
Evaluate and record student academic progress through homework, class tests, quizzes, and term examinations.
Provide constructive feedback to students to aid their personal and academic growth.
Prepare comprehensive progress reports at the end of each term.
4. Communication & Professional Conduct
Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding student academic performance and behavior.
Participate actively in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and institutional events.
Collaborate closely with fellow teachers and the administration to continuously enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in English, Education, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Background: Prior background or education in the English Medium curriculum (O/A Levels, Cambridge, or Edexcel) is strongly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English, along with fluency in Bangla.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in an English Medium school or madrasa (fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Personal Attributes: High moral integrity, patience, strong interpersonal skills, and alignment with Islamic values and dress code.
