We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Admin & Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative activities, supporting office operations, communicating with clients, and contributing to sales growth.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain daily office records, files, documents, and reports.
Handle phone calls, emails, client queries, and official communication.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and management.
Manage office attendance, schedules, meetings, and basic office operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, challans, purchase records, and other necessary documents.
Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Sales Responsibilities:
Communicate with potential and existing customers professionally.
Promote company products/services and generate new sales opportunities.
Follow up with leads, clients, and inquiries regularly.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Support management in achieving sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with practical experience will get preference.
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in admin, sales, office management, or customer communication.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
