• Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience teaching in the Pre-Primary Section at a reputed English medium school.

• Proven ability to prepare students for Cambridge assessments and examinations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Special requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents of Mymensingh.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans that align with the Cambridge Curriculum standards.

• Assess and monitor students` progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.

• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Stay updated with new teaching methods and educational resources.

• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding students` academic performance and behavior.

• Attend faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
