• Candidate should have minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the related field data collection.
• Good spoken and written English language skills are essential.
• Applicants should have good computer knowledge MS Word, MS Excel, and Kobo Data collection tools.

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting research activities, including field data collection, interviews, data processing and analysis, documentation of findings, and coordination with field teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of research activities.

• Assist in designing and implementing research protocols, surveys, and data collection tools

• Conduct field visits, interviews, and focus group discussions as needed

• Compile, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate software

• Support literature reviews, report writing, and preparation of presentations

• Maintain organized records of research activities, data, and documentation

• Coordinate with field teams, stakeholders, and administrative units for logistics

• Contribute to drafting official communication, including emails and circulars

Around Tk. 16,140/- per month gross, equivalent to approximately Tk. 2,28,936 per annum, inclusive of all benefits. The remuneration package includes a provident fund, festival allowance once per year, medical benefits, critical illness and death benefits, and recreation.
