Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Economics / Agriculture / Population Science / Urban Planning / Anthropology / Environmental Science / Geography / Statistics / Social Science / Development Studies or relevant field from the reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct data collection and reporting using monitoring tools to track project indicators as per the project M&E framework.
∎ Support in the development of the monthly project progress reports towards the achievement of project objectives.
∎ Support the project team in the preliminary literature reviews and quantitative and qualitative analysis of data as needed.
∎ Assist and support fieldwork activities for the project such as data collection, managing system arising issues, security and workflow, linking questionnaires and providing offline support.
∎ Support the secondary data collection activities;
∎ Develop digital/ electronically data collection tools (SurveyCTO) and techniques.
∎ Data management, compilation, coding, cleaning and analysis with SATA.
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of the project activities with maximum efficiency and professionalism by planning, budget preparing and work plan.
∎ Monitor and supervise Field Enumerator’s activities and report to Principal Investigator.
∎ Participate weekly virtual evening meeting with research team of Columbia University and Michigan State University, USA
∎ Facilitate field enumerators training for switching and response survey.
∎ Organize meeting, workshop and communication with local administration.
∎ Track and report on project progress
∎ Other related tasks as neededfor the implementation of the project in the field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Academic and/or work experience related to research and monitoring.
∎ Sound knowledge on research methodology specially on Randomized Control Trial(RCT) and use of ArcGIS/STATA/SPSS
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluating concepts and tools.
∎ Ability to interpret data and explain findings to non-technical audiences.
∎ Experience with SurveyCTO, ODK platform and mobile data collection software.
∎ Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks and produce reports on time; ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team environment.
∎ Ability to work independently, virtually and communicate efficiently using virtual platforms. The present working environment requires most of the work to be conducted virtually.
∎ Proved experience in conducting household-level surveys, PRA, FGD and case studies.
∎ Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to lead a large team at the field level activity
∎ Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently.
∎ Problem solving ability raised in the field time to time.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
