Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate degree in Social Science/Environmental Science/Business Administration or any other relevant field from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate who has related training/diploma or publication will be given extra credentials.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project proposal, Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Concept Note, Research Proposal, Project Bidding/Tender;
∎ Conduct research and survey works including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Case Studies etc.
∎ Design and development of survey instruments/tools;
∎ Report writing (Bangla and English);
∎ Visit field to collect data and supervise survey works;
∎ Attend client meeting;
∎ Prepare PowerPoint presentation;
∎ Carry out other tasks as assigned by organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of professional working experience on research and fund raising activities, project proposal development/EOI/RFP/concept note/research proposal etc.
∎ Familiar with environmental and social standards, rules and regulations of Department of Environment (DOE), World Bank, ADB, etc.
∎ Knowledge about the bidding process/system of GoB and other multilateral donor agencies
∎ Good working knowledge of ICT technologies (e.g. email, internet, etc.) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, GIS, etc.);
∎ Interpersonal skills with team playing attitude;
∎ Ability to work responsibly under pressure;
∎ Good language skills in Bangla and English (both in writing and speaking)
