Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Geography and Environment, Environmental Governance or any relevant field.
∎ Candidate who has related training/diploma or publication will be given extra credentials.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare of initial environmental examination (IEE), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Environmental Management & Monitoring Plan (EMMP) report, etc.
∎ Conduct field visit and survey;
∎ Support in preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Project Proposal (PP) for Local and International development projects;
∎ Attend Client meeting;
∎ Prepare PowerPoint presentation;
∎ Carry out other tasks as assigned by the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years of professional working experience with IEE, ESIA, and EMMP in different industries and development projects.
∎ The candidate should be familiar with environmental standards, rules and regulations of Department of Environment (DOE), World Bank, ADB, etc.
∎ Good working knowledge of ICT technologies (e.g. email, internet, etc.) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, GIS, etc.);
∎ Interpersonal skills with team playing attitude;
∎ Ability to work responsibly under pressure;
∎ Good language skills in Bangla and English (both in writing and speaking)
