Experience:

• 5 to 10 years

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering. 

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm

• Have a practical experience in conducting of at least 5 nos. of Civil Engineering in different projects.

• Familiar with Bangladesh National Building Code guidelines.

• Good know-how to operate AutoCAD, Arc-GIS software, Satellite Image Analysis, STAAD-Pro, MS Excel, MS office and MS Power Point, etc.

• Good language skills in Bangla and English (both in writing and speaking).

• Planning, designing, conduct feasibility study, and overseeing construction projects; ensuring their sustainability, and compliance with regulatory standards;

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project requirements;

• Ensure all projects comply with environmental and safety standards;

• Conduct thorough field visit and site assessments to evaluate the suitability of the project, considering factors e.g. topography, soil conditions, and environmental impact;

• Assess the technical aspects of the project, including structural integrity, materials, and construction methods;

• Analyze project costs, BOQ, and details estimation, including construction, operation, and maintenance expenses, to determine financial viability;

• Identify potential risks and challenges, and proposed mitigation of the projects;

• Prepare detailed feasibility reports that summarize findings, and recommendations;

• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, including structural, hydraulic, and geotechnical elements;

• Utilize computer software, including Computer Aided Design CAD software, Arc GIS, Satellite Image Analysis, STAAD-Pro, and Microsoft Office, etc. to create precise and detailed project drawings, models, and reports;

• Integrate innovative and sustainable engineering solutions to project outcomes.

• Ensure clients requirements, including familiar with code of conducts of BNBC;

• Prepare PowerPoint presentation; and

• Other requirements as pre demand of Firm.
