Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire a CAD Operator to draft detailed drawings for Shahidul Consultant Ltd. The CAD Operator`s responsibilities include understanding written and verbal instructions, drafting technical drawings and blueprints, implementing feedback from engineers and architects, keeping up-to-date with CAD software, and working long hours to meet deadlines.
∎ To be successful as a CAD Operator, you should be able to understand complex calculations and have sound knowledge of building and safety regulations. Outstanding CAD Operators are disciplined, open to collaboration, and also possess manual drawing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings and plans.
∎ Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
∎ Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
∎ Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
∎ Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s) of experience in designing and drawing;
∎ Additional courses in CAD software/MAX/Photoshop/Illustrator;
∎ Knowledge of engineering and construction;
∎ Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
∎ Willingness to work overtime when required;
∎ Skills Required: CAD/MAX/Photoshop/Illustrator Designing.
∎ The applicants must have adequate knowledge and experience in Auto-CAD 2D/3D Modelling;
∎ The applicants must have adequate knowledge and experience in architectural, structural and plumbing designing;
∎ The applicants should have experience in Architectural/Engineering Consulting Firms
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Preparation of RAJUK sheet properly.
