Experience:
Masters in any subject from a reputed public university (preferable subjects including Environmental Science, Geography & environment, Environmental Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Economics, Social science, Disaster Management, etc.)
Ability to communicate in English and Bangla languages effectively, both orally and in writing.
Able to summarize the results or observation.
Preference will be given to candidate(s) who have good experience in fund-raising activities, project proposal development, EOI, RFP, concept note, or research proposal.
Good working knowledge of ICT technologies (e.g. email, internet, etc.) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Arc-GIS, SPSS, STATA, Kobo toolbox, etc.).
Interpersonal skills with team playing attitude.
Ability to work responsibly under pressure.
Good language skills in Bangla and English (both in writing and speaking).
Conduct comprehensive environmental and social research to support ongoing projects.
Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on research findings.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in environmental and social sciences.
Develop and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and funding organizations.
Prepare the project proposal, EOI, RFP, concept note, research proposal, and project bidding.
Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals, including writing, editing, and compiling necessary documentation.
Assist in the design and implementation of research projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and funding requirements.
Prepare and present research findings to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, funders, and the general public.
Participate in different workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Provide all types of necessary support to the team.
Must have typing skills in Bengali and English.
Willing to work in a team.
Any other tasks assigned by the superior.
