Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in Renewable Energy/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Renewable sufficient Energy training.

• Age 28 to 40 years

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation of renewable energy/solar systems project
2. Work experience in the camp areas will be given preference
3. Must have work experience in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV system (nano-grid and mini-grid)
4. Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in supervising renewable energy/solar systems project particularly in camp context.

• Lead the team and overall implementation process of O&M activities for lightning arresters, streetlights and non-grid connected households (HHs).
• Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare O&M manuals for specified facilities and submit to ADB for prior approval.
• Lead community engagement process to establish community-based O&M for lightning arresters, streetlights and nano-grids.
• Establish and operationalize a one-stop service center for rapid complaint management and service delivery. 
• Ensure inspection and maintenance of system wiring and HHs connections.
• Ensure inspection and maintenance of earthing and lightning protection.
• Conduct battery load test and maintain water level.
• Ensure timely inspection and maintenance of inverters and charge controller, and solar arrays.
