Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation of renewable energy/solar systems project
∎ Work experience in the camp areas will be given preference
∎ Must have work experience in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar PV system (nano-grid and mini-grid)
∎ Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience in supervising renewable energy/solar systems project particularly in camp context.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the team and overall implementation process of O&M activities for lightning arresters, streetlights and non-grid connected households (HHs).
∎ Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, and performance monitoring.
∎ Prepare O&M manuals for specified facilities and submit to ADB for prior approval.
∎ Lead community engagement process to establish community-based O&M for lightning arresters, streetlights and nano-grids.
∎ Establish and operationalize a one-stop service center for rapid complaint management and service delivery.
∎ Ensure inspection and maintenance of system wiring and HHs connections.
∎ Ensure inspection and maintenance of earthing and lightning protection.
∎ Conduct battery load test and maintain water level.
∎ Ensure timely inspection and maintenance of inverters and charge controller, and solar arrays.
