Job Responsibilities:
∎ New discount partner on-board for Cards and Retail Business
∎ Explore marketing activities of competitors.
∎ Search for discount partners matching acceptance qualities and brand value.
∎ Maintain relationship and acquaintance with external stakeholders.
∎ Cross-sell and enhance client base.
∎ Managing existing discount partner portfolio.
∎ Service quality assurance with proper delivery of value proposition to customers.
∎ Balance interest of partners and bank.
∎ Prepare necessary documentation for merchant partnership.
∎ Ensure support to all campaign.
∎ Meet target KPI.
∎ Frequent field visit for visiting/on-boarding/maintaining relationship with partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1 to 3 year(s) of work experience in the relevant field.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Powerpoint.
