Job Context:
∎ Grade: Assistant Officer (Grade 1)- Officer
∎ Responsible for sourcing credit cards in line with target set by management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing Credit Card to new/prospective customers in line with target set by management
∎ Obtaining relevant documents from customers and ensuring accuracy of them during card sourcing
∎ Ensuring timely processing of sourced cards by strongly coordinating with the respective departments
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationship with both the existing and new customers in person
∎ Preparing daily call report
∎ Ability to handle customers and offer high quality customer service within the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Identifying the scope for Cross-sell opportunities and refer to the Direct Sales Manager
∎ Troubleshoot customer service issues when required and maintain strong card portfolio.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 Year Experience is preferred
