Accountable for driving portfolio based Deposit Sales/Liability Business/Wealth Management Business.
Provide responsive service by using skills for delightful customer experience.
Handle customer complaints in a positive manner and convert complaints into service improvements.
Enhance deposit base of the Company and improve deposit mix through sourcing various customer.
Ensuring compliance as per internal policy framework.
Achieve sales goals and target through branch distribution network.
Ensure daily reports are done accurately and timely.
