Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source credit cards in line with target set by management.
∎ Searching prospective Credit Card customers.
∎ Getting eligible customers to sign Credit Card Application Forms and obtaining relevant documents from them.
∎ Ensuring timely processing of applications through coordination with the respective departments.
∎ Troubleshoot customer service issues when required.
∎ Maintaining strong relationship with the customers
