- Source credit cards in line with target set by management.
- Searching prospective Credit Card customers.
- Getting eligible customers to sign Credit Card Application Forms and obtaining relevant documents from them.
- Ensuring timely processing of applications through coordination with the respective departments.
- Troubleshoot customer service issues when required.
- Maintaining strong relationship with the customers
