Job Context:
∎ The candidate will be under 3rd party payroll
∎ Acquire new business amount/numbers on monthly basis as per the target assigned by division head
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the individual and team monthly target are met consistently
∎ Adhere business development & Hunting new business
∎ Maintain adequate and proper communication with the client
∎ Maintain proper MIS & Documentation
∎ Acquire needed documents, checked in person & sign upon proper verifications
∎ Communicate with other departments & branches for shortfall of documents
∎ Ensure Error Free Loan Documentation / Application/ Instruction submission.
∎ Ensure timely and quick disposal of loan/ Credit card proposals
∎ Manage Client Complaints appropriately (If any)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ BBA/ Honors degree in any discipline (No 3rd Division/class or equivalent GPS/CGPA in academic records will not be accepted
∎ 2-3 years experience in card marketing or corporate sales of any reputed organization.
∎ Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs.
∎ Ability to learn about product and service and explain them to customer.
∎ Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.
∎ Cool- tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Educational qualification will be consider for highly experience candidates in this track
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 17000 (Monthly)
