Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving individual year end deposit budget through accomplishing the individual quarterly and half yearly budget.
∎ Responsible for new customer acquisitions.
∎ Provide the best advice following upon service provided to customers.
∎ Maintain high standard and operations of services.
∎ Ensure proper customer complaint management.
∎ Maintaining awareness of the bank and competitors' product.
∎ Provide necessary reports or MIS to center manager.
∎ Assist center manager as and when required.
∎ Must be compliant to Bank's Policy and act upon audit & regulatory requirements.
∎ Immediately report on compliance related issues to respective channel.
∎ Must uphold a positive attitude and be able to turn problems into opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have experience of at least 2 - 3 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks & Leasing.
