∎ Bachelor/Honors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or any related field.
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00. Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
∎ All courses must be completed and the result must be published.

∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience at sales/trading department of merchant Bank/ brokerage house / Deposit Team of Bank/ FI/AMC
∎ Customer Focus and target/result-oriented
∎ Excellent English language skills, with Bengali language proficiency
∎ Proficient in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Minimum 10 years’ experience at sales/trading department of merchant Bank/ brokerage house / Deposit Team of Bank/ FI/AMC

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for business target achievement of the team by driving sales of merchant bank products. (i.e zero coupon bond, preference share, sukuk, private placement, T Bond etc.)
∎ Search for new clients and book new account
∎ Explain product features to the prospective clients
∎ Ensuring adherence to end-to-end business development and operation processes within the specified timelines.
∎ To be involved in sales meetings, organize sales campaigns and conduct product information with investors and stakeholders.
