Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the hospital to successfully provide services to patients.
∎ Create demand and generate potential customers.
∎ Counsel and help patients to get the right treatment option as per the advice of a foreign hospital.
∎ Communicate with the patients, follow-up calls and collect feedback to improve the services.
∎ Receive customer calls and manage their query.
∎ Prepare and submit operational reports as instructed by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ A Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a patient handling role in any healthcare organization. Minimum 2-3 years in a team lead role.
∎ Applicants having working experience with a local agent of a foreign hospital will get preference.
∎ Excellent Communication (error-free, accent-free verbal and written) skills, IT-friendly (social media operations), and proactive in establishing relationships.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Outgoing personality.
∎ Good negotiation capabilities.
∎ Patience to listen to the customer’s health problem.
∎ Need to work under pressure.
